Refund policy

At SWIFT GEAR, we want you to shop with confidence. We offer a 3-day return option on eligible products, subject to the terms below.

1. 3-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.

The return request must be raised within this 3-day period. Requests received after 3 days may not be accepted.

2. Return Pickup

Once the return request is approved, a delivery executive/courier partner will arrange to collect the product from the delivery location.

3. Product Condition

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Free from stains, damage, scratches or signs of use
  • Returned with its original packaging, tags and accessories, wherever applicable
  • Packed appropriately for collection

Products that have been used, damaged or altered by the customer may not be eligible for return.

4. Refund

After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed if the product meets the return conditions.

For online payments, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the customer will be requested to provide their bank account details. The approved refund amount will then be transferred directly to the bank account provided by the customer.

Any applicable non-refundable charges may be deducted where applicable.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Such cases will be reviewed separately, and an appropriate replacement or refund will be provided as applicable.

6. Return Approval

All return requests are subject to verification and approval.

SWIFT GEAR reserves the right to reject a return if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy or if the return request is made after the applicable return period.

7. Important Note

By placing an order on the swiftgear.in website, the customer agrees to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights available to customers under applicable Indian laws.
